Simple does not equal boring. This delightfully bright salad dressing is versatile, cheerful and a real crowd pleaser!
Ingredients
250ml olive oil
60ml apple cider vinegar
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
Directions

Add the egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the work bowl. Run for 20 seconds.

Remove the pusher from the feed chute. While the bowl is running, slowly drizzle in oil.

Continue to run for 10 seconds.

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
