Chocolate Banana Shake
This chocolate, peanut butter smoothie has a hidden ingredient you’d never guess…frozen peas! That’s right, hiding inside this decadent, dessert-like smoothie is the vitamin C and E-rich veggie that helps strengthen your immune system. Drink up!
Ingredients
- 1 Banana, frozen – ripe
- 1/2 cup Green Peas, frozen – Note: Can sub for 1/2 banana
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth
- 1 tbsp Cacao Powder – to taste
- 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
- 2 Dates, pitted
Directions
Add all to the blender cup and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth.
