Creamy, nutty and irresistibly smooth, this homemade pistachio ice cream is an easy frozen treat that's full of flavour.
Ingredients
- 60g pistachios, roasted, unsalted
- 360ml milk, whole
- 5ml vanilla extract
- 4 medjool dates, pitted
- 30g sugar
- A pinch of salt

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the nutribullet Chill™ Cup and cover with the Lid. Freeze for 24 hours.

When ready to process, uncover the Cup and twist the Blade Block into place.

Attach the Cup to the Motor Base and twist to engage.

Select the ICE CREAM setting and press the center START button.

When the program finishes, press the Release button and twist off the Blade Block. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
