Tofu, Carrot, and Spinach Blend
Packed with protein, tofu makes an excellent addition to your baby's diet. Combine tofu with carrots and spinach for a balanced blend of essential nutrients. Recommended age: 18 months and up.
Ingredients
2 Carrots – peeled and diced
60ml Water
250g Tofu – medium or soft
1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
1/8 tsp Thyme – optional
15g Spinach
Directions
Add all the ingredients in the Batchbowl.
Blend until they reach the desired consistency. Keep some texture by pulsing the mix of ingredients.
Serve, refrigerate in the Date Dial Cups or freeze in the Storage Tray.
