Tropical Smoothie

Coconut water is also a fun liquid choice to use in your smoothie blends since it’s a natural source of electrolytes like potassium, yet is lower in sugar and calories than fruit juice.

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Pineapple, frozen
1/2 Cup Mango, frozen chunks
1/2 Banana, frozen
240 ml Coconut Water
120 ml Water
1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
