Silky Apple Pie Smoothie
Apple pie à la mode meets nourishing, plant-based nutrition — it doesn't get much more wholesome than that.
Ingredients
- 1 Green Apple
- 225g Spinach
- 2 Dates, pitted
- 250g Tofu – silken tofu
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Cardamom, green, ground
- 117ml Almond Milk, unsweetened
- 1 cup Ice
Directions
Add all ingredients except ice to the nutribullet ® Cup and blend for 30 seconds.
Add ice and blend until smooth.
Serve with a dash of cinnamon.
