You can’t go wrong with a smoothie that’s filled with delicious strawberries and cherries! Loaded with vitamin C and anti-inflammatory properties, these fruits also add the perfect amount of sweetness to every smoothie! This heart-healthy recipe is rich and velvety, thanks to a satiating combination of oats and almond butter that’ll have you saying “YUMMM!”
Ingredients
- 2 cup Kale – or spinach or leafy greens of your choice, optional
- 150g Strawberries, frozen
- 100g Cherries, frozen
- 350ml Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter, no added salt
- 40g Oats, rolled, gluten-free
- 1 tbsp Honey
Directions
Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
