Spicy Berry Glaze
This succulent grill-ready glaze doubles as a sophisticated spread, adding unexpected flavour to a cheese board or home-made sandwich.
Ingredients
420g Frozen Mixed Berries, thawed
60ml Sriracha
60ml Maple Syrup
60ml + 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (Tamari)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a small pot and bring to a boil.
Cool mixture for 10 minutes.
Add cooled mixture to pitcher. Cover pitcher with the pitcher lid, making sure that vented lid cap is inserted and secure before blending.
Blend using PUREES program. Enjoy!
