Ingredients
1 Peach, large, pitted
1 Plum, large, pitted
2 Apricots, pitted
1 Banana, frozen
118ml unsweetened Almond Milk (or other Milk alternative)
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
650g Ice
Optional: Add Vanilla Plant Based Protein or Whey Protein
Directions
Add ingredients to the pitcher in the order listed.
Cover the pitcher with the pitcher lid and blend using the SMOOTHIES program.
Transfer to two bowls. Garnish with fresh fruit, nuts, granola or toppings of your choice.
