Sweet Potato Hash Brown

A little sweetness never hurt anyone...especially in the form of a giant crispy potato cake! Breakfast is served.

Ingredients

2 small sweet potatoes
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder

Directions

Using the shred disc, shred the sweet potatoes one at a time. Once done, transfer the shredded sweet potatoes to a bowl.

Add seasoning to the bowl and mix to combine.

Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add sweet potatoes and spread around the pan into a single layer.

Cook until browned and flip. Cook the second side until browned and transfer to a plate to serve.
